It’s the first day of the rest of your life.
Let’s start simple.
You don’t need a gym membership, equipment, or experience. You don’t even need shoes. The Process is best done barefoot on the Earth.
You do need a willingness to change, and the decision to begin.
This is not a workout. It is a lifelong process utilizing core movements and dedication. Your results will reflect your efforts.
We have found in our own lives that intentional, focused movement initiates positive change.
Through daily practice of the Process our lives, health, and relationships have become more positive. We have gained:

How It Works
5 moves – Ease into it or go big. It’s up to you!
We highly recommend practicing barefoot, outdoors, early in the morning. Practice on grass, dirt, or smooth stone. Grounding is part of the Process.
This is about you, consciously choosing to better yourself. Your reasons are your own. Hold onto them… until they no longer serve you and new ones evolve.
